Our Learning Methodology is highly participative and interactive involving presentations, group work practice, focus questions, questionnaires, role plays, multi-media delivery, case studies, exercises, team study, reading, processed thinking, simulation, shared experiences and learning, games and book reviews.
We also apply proprietary methodologies such as the ToPTM Focused Conversation, Workshop Method and Insight Personality Instruments(R).
The exercises and case studies depict practical life scenarios.
The FFID (Facts, Feelings, Interpretation and Decision) approach are used in readings, book reviews and case studies.
The FFID process is a structured natural thinking process that enables a group identify, focus and reflect on the significance of an event and come up with appropriate decisions.
