TRAINING SERVICES
We offer training programmes in Six core areas namely:

CONSULTING AND FACILITATION
SERVICES
Strategic Planning Sessions, which provide a
participatory process for articulating the priorities of
an
organisation based on a long-term common vision and
definition of strategic directions. This one-and-a-half to
three-day workshop have been held with boards, government
agencies, local communities, not-for-profit agencies
and private companies.
Management/Board
Retreats, which provide
indepth reflection on current organisational and management
practices and develop skills and processes to make
the organisation more effective and productive. They
are individually designed to resolve key issues and
fulfill specific objectives articulated by the organisation’s
leadership.
MANAGEMENT/FACILITATORS IFP’s management team comprises professionals with
